- Air condition
All our rooms are equipped with an individual air-conditioning. For your comfort we have preset the temperature to 23-25 centigrade but feel free to adjust it to your own comfort. If you wish your room to be cooled upon your arrival back at the resort then just tell us your arrival time and we be happy to have that done for you.
- Airport Transfer
Nan Airport is about 5 km away from The Nan Seasons Resort and it takes 10-15 minutes by car. If you would like us to arrange an airport transfer for you then please contact the front desk.
If you wish to receive some extra towels or a bathrobe then please contact our front desk.
Breakfast is served at The Lemongrass Restaurant from 7.00-09.30 daily. (Room service breakfast is not available)
We have the bicycles to borrow free of charge at the from desk. Subject to availability.

We provide a free parking in front of the resort. We would like to inform you that The Nan Seasons is not liable for cars or any objects left in the car!
- Car rental / motor bike rental
We have contracts with several rental car/ bike companies in Nan. Please contact our front desk for further information.

Our check in time is from 14.00 hour.
- Check out
Check out time is 11.00 o’clock, the front desk can assist you to store your luggage if you would like to spend more time in town before going to the airport. Late check out is subject to availability. The additional charge may apply. Please contact our front desk.

For the safety and comfort of all guests it is forbidden to bring any kind of weapon, dangerous or flammable materials as well as durian fruits into your room.
- Housekeeping Service
Our housekeeping team is available between 09.00 - 18.00. Should you require an extra towel, an extra pillow or an ironing board please contact our front desk.
- Hair Dryer
A hair dryer is located in every bathroom.
- Laundry Service/Dry-cleaning
Laundry and dry-cleaning service is available everyday. Please bring your laundry bag to our front desk. If you require your laundry back the same day, please bring the laundry to front desk before 9.00 am. Laundry bag as well as the price list are in your main wardrobe.
- Linen & towels Change
We will change the linen every 3rd night. If you like your linen changed or like an extra towel please contact our front desk. Only the towels left on the floor we be changed. Towels on the reck will not be changed.
- Lost & Found
All items found are stored at our Housekeeping department for 3 months.
- Lobby Bar
Open: 08.00-21.30 daily.
We have an out source massage service to enjoy in the comfort of your room. If you wish to have in room massage please contact our front desk.
- Medical Service/ Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located in Baan Muang Tuet (next to 7-11). The Phuphiang hospital is 800 meters away. If you require medical help or need a doctor please contact our front desk.
The minibar is replenished daily, all consumptions will be charged to your room account. Please indicate your last day’s consumption at the front desk upon check-out.
Our Lemongrass Restaurant and bar serves Thai and international dishes. We have a good wine list with promotions. Every 2nd cocktail is half price! and we also serve beers and other cold and hot drinks. Breakfast: 7.00 – 09.30, Lunch & Dinner: 11.00 – 21.00 (kitchen closes at 20.30)

- Room upgrade
The Nan Seasons offers room upgrade on the day of arrival for bargain price. Please contact our front desk.
We are a 100% Non Smoking resort. Smoking is only allowed in designated area in the parking. Pease be aware that your cigarette can easily cause a fire in the dry season.
- Swimming Pool / Jacuzzi
Opening times: Daily: 9.00 to 21.00. By using the pool you have accepted our pool rules which can be found at the pool area. Pool towels are available for you at the swimming pool area. There is no life guard available. Using the swimming pool is always your own responsibility. Children who can not swim must be accompanied by their parents. The Pool depth is 1.50 mtr.

We can help you with your bookings of taxi's minivans, or any other form of transport. Please contact our front desk who are happy to help.
- View point
There are the seating areas at the back of the resort and in the rice field. This area is designed for all guest to enjoy watching the sunset. We expect all our guest to leave the area clean of rubbish and plastics.
Wifi is available in all area's via different routers. You might need to enter a password again if you leave to the other router area. Password: “nanseasons”
